Youth Leadership Youth Leadership: For those who are in middle/senior secondary school or older, the opportunity exists to be involved in the youth ministry of St Paul's. In the past, this involved monthly leadership training.

The Need


The Need

Like salt that brings both seasoning and preserving power to food, St Paul's needs young members to bring flavor and fresh leadership to our church.

Responsibilities


Responsibilities

1. Be attentive to the particular needs of your peers.
2. Be a part of planning and carrying-out the ministry of St Paul's.
3. Be willing to share in the weekly and monthly chores that help keep our St Paul's Family flowing.

Expectations


Expectations

1. Be diligent in spiritual disciplines (prayer, Bible reading etc.) to continue to grow in your relationship with God.
2. To actively participate in weekly worship & FrOGMa as well as your age focused activities and ministries throughout the month.
3. To once a month help orchestrate a student ministry meeting during the FrOGMa hour.
4. To seek to use one's gifts the best you can within our church community as well as volunteer for some of the jobs that need to be done in order to be good stewards of what the Lord has entrusted us with.

24.AUG - Student Led Meetings (FrOGMa)

23.NOV - Student Led Meetings (FrOGMa)

From the beginning of SALT Training, students will be engaged in planning, preparing, carrying-out, brainstorming etc. for those activities already scheduled as well as working to determine the schedule for the next coming year.
