Kids enjoy theme launches

But there's less time for the Fall

Bible Song

The children enjoyed exploring our 'Creation' theme for Bible Song over the last few weeks. You are welcome to come downstairs and see our decorated room!

Bonnington's
The Bonningtons lead a musical grace before hotdogs and 'forbidden fruit' for lunch.
We had a fun presentation in the Family Service on March 15, where the children read the Creation story and sang and signed the song Let There Be Light.

Our new theme is 'The Fall', which we introduced at the Family Event on March 15 (some of the action is in the photos). We will be presenting this theme at the next Family Service at 11am on April 19.

Puppets
Puppets tell the story in an age-related way.
Note that there will be no Children's Ministry activities on April 5 and 12, due to the school holidays. We will have a modified Family Event on April 19 due to Pastor Greg's farewell lunch.

Remember that the Books of Moses Living Journal is available from our bookshop for $25, which will last for 2 years of Bible Song themes. This is a great way to share and record your highs and lows and your prayers for each other and the world.

Apple Bobbing
Apple bobbing echoed the Fall theme.
It has the story with cartoons, lyrics to the songs, as well as information on how to access online music and games to play at home.

Fingers on the starting person;
Frogs Snakes
then a quick game of Frogs and Snakes to warm up.

We are undertaking a review of our first Bible Song theme, 'Creation'. Please return your feedback forms to Keren or the office.

Holy Week

Some of the children are producing artwork for the cover of our service orders through Holy Week — keep an eye out for their artistic talents! The Maundy Thursday service is at 7pm on April 9, and I encourage you to take advantage of this earlier time in order for families to worship together.
