Apparently, Scout leaders are meant to be "realistic" about under-age sex and hand out condoms to young Scouts who they think are likely to be sexually active. Right, so just what do Scouts do at their camps nowadays? Hmm...

Anyway, don't you just love the mentality which modern sex-ed promotes? Let's hand out condoms because they're gonna do it anyway! Yay! And let's further encourage teenagers to treat each other as objects! Rah! Well, all this certainly brings a new layer of meaning to the term "Scout's honor" and that Scouts are meant to be "friendly".

By the way, Scouts are meant to be friends to animals as well.
